Shipping Policy for Mill Lake Soap

Thank you for shopping at Mill Lake Soap! We handcraft all our soaps in-house and ship them directly to you using Canada Post.

Processing Times

In-stock products: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days of receiving your order.

Custom orders & out-of-stock items: Please allow up to 4 weeks for processing custom orders and out-of-stock items. We will notify you via email if there is any unexpected delay in processing your custom order.

Shipping Rates

We offer free regular shipping (Canada Post Expedited Parcel) on orders of $75 CAD or more. The USD equivalent will vary based on the current exchange rate.

For orders below $75 CAD, you can choose from shipping options at checkout. Shipping rates are calculated by Canada Post based on the weight of your order and your destination. We offer the following options:

Expedited Parcel: Delivers within Canada in 2-9 business days and to the USA in 6-7 business days.

Xpresspost: Delivers within Canada in 1-3 business days and to the USA in 4-5 business days.

These are estimated delivery timeframes provided by Canada Post and may vary depending on your location and time of year.

Shipping Destinations

We ship orders to all provinces and territories within Canada and to the United States. We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

Customs Duties and Taxes

Please note that any applicable customs duties or taxes for orders shipped to the USA are the responsibility of the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take pride in carefully packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely. However, if your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us at info@mill-lake-soap.com within 15 days of your estimated delivery date. We will work with Canada Post to investigate the issue and will do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.
